John Were
Founder & CEOJohn has been working in digital media since graduating from Trinity College, Cambridge in 2000. During this time he has been working his way from employment at various companies, including three formative years at a media agency, to co-founding Global Digital Markets (now GDM Digital) supplying media trading services to agencies, to founding Xelsion in 2011.

Fiona Traill
COOFiona spent 10 years project managing large scale IT projects in the banking sector working for Bank of Ireland and RBS. In 2011 it was time for a change and, in what she still describes as a lucky break, she found herself managing media-related projects and generally keeping everything under control at Xelsion.
