Zanox Expert Day – Warsaw

Thanks to Zanox for hosting a great afternoon session in Warsaw on 20 September.

We had some informative panel sessions on remarketing, mobile and innovation which gave insight into the Polish and wider CEE market. Then it was fun getting round advertisers and Zanox account managers alike to put names to faces after so many emails and phone calls over the last couple of years.

An iced vodka in the beautiful old town after and the day was complete.

Welcome Natalia

And then there were five…this month Natalia became the newest member of the Xelsion team. In her role as Client Relationship Manager, she will be responsible for managing affiliate platform and client direct relationships.

Growing the team

This month the Xelsion team has welcomed two new members, Joe and Paul.

Paul comes to us straight from Cambridge, after completing his MMath in Mathematics. In his role as media trading analyst he will be carrying out interesting statistical experiments to facilitate campaign analysis and optimisation.

Founder of Hush House, Joe joins the Xelsion team as an innovator and proven self-starter.He will be applying his entrepreneurial and analytical skills in his role as media trader.


Appnexus anti-piracy initiative

Xelsion manages its media trading through Appnexus. The world leader in real-time bidding technology, this month the platform announced its anti-piracy initiative, affirming its commitment to actively monitor traffic and prevent its clients from running media on sites featuring pirated intellectual property.

Appnexus CEO Brian O’Kelley commented: “It’s time for the advertising industry to take a strong stand and to stop putting money in the pockets of those facilitating piracy.”
